She took the time to show us homes outside of normal business hours, on the weekends, at night, making herself available to accommodate our own personal schedules without hesitation. She would also proactively call and work directly with listing agents on our behalf, which made everything move quickly and smoothly. What really stood out was how thorough and knowledgeable she was—she asked all the right questions when it came to our lease, making sure we fully understood the terms and felt confident before moving forward. Throughout our search to even after signing our lease, we always felt supported and well-represented. Without exaggerating, no one couldn’t be better than Claire. My experience with Claire has been tremendously positive. She is always on a lookout for the best possible options we can get and super accessible via text, phone, and in person. Not only is she knowledgeable about the house itself, but she also provides us with what we needed to know about the neighborhood, pre-approval/contract process, and house hunting tips in general. Claire is also transparent. If she thinks that there’s anything we have to be aware of – whether it’s a good or bad news – she will communicate it with us as soon as she has the information.
