My goodness. Is there a more incredible realtor out there?? We genuinely feel like we won the lottery by having Claire represent us as an agent. We truly appreciate having her by our side through it all. From the very beginning, she has been patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has taken the time to explain each step in a way that made us feel included and informed, rather than overwhelmed. Buying a home is exciting, but if I’m being honest, it’s also a little nerve-racking! There are so many unknowns, so many decisions to make, and so much to learn. But every time we talked to Claire, we felt those nerves ease a bit. She really does have a way of making the complicated parts feel manageable and the stressful parts feel less intimidating. What we appreciate most is how genuinely invested she is in helping us find the right fit and giving us not only “agent Claire” advice but also “friend Claire” advice. Claire is fantastic! We were looking to purchase our first home the loan officer we found though the FHA website set us up with Claire. From the first call when we reviewed our budget and expectations to the last when we picked up our keys, she was engaged and kept us informed of the process. As first time homebuyers we and NO idea what to expect during the process. Claire was upfront, honest, and also patient. Throughout the whole process it felt as though she truly cared about us as people, not just clients. Claire sent us daily updates on available properties and met us all over Northern and Southern Orange county (and Northern San Diego) to tour locations that met our needs. The closing touches, like the bottle of Champagne and Christmas wreath (seven months after our purchase) were so thoughtful and appreciated.

If you are looking for a realtor who is very organized, does her research, and has a good rapport with others in the industry, then Claire is the one! Claire helped me find my dream home in an impressively short matter of time. Throughout this process, Claire was so much more than an agent: she was my advocate, confidant, and a trusted sounding board. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We started with a fulsome video call where Claire helped outline the home-buying process to me. We discussed my ideal neighborhoods, specialized concerns, and budget. My work schedule is hectic, but Claire met me where I was at, and she took the initiative to schedule back-to-back viewings to make them as least intrusive as possible for my work schedule. Even though Claire has a demanding schedule and drove from far away, she always made times work that were least stressful for my schedule. Seeing Claire at the viewings was like watching a master chef in the kitchen. She has a hawk’s eye for defects or things that could look like red flags in the making. She reads between the lines with what the sellers or sellers’ agents were saying. And she easily starts conversations with neighbors to get a better feel for the community. When it came down to narrowing options, she scheduled nighttime viewings for me so I could see what a property was like at that time. She thoroughly listened to my concerns, so she could tell when a property would not be the best fit for my lifestyle. Her objectivity and compassion set her apart from any other competitor. Then came time for the negotiations and contracts. Claire is a vigorous advocate and put me in the best positions for making a successful offer. She was reasonable in her dealings with the seller, and was good at telling me when to stand firm when I would have otherwise given up on something. Despite my legal background, I had no idea what a lot of these contract terms meant, but it was extremely useful to have Claire explain the complicated language to me without any judgment. And then came time for inspections. I honestly get tired of note-taking for my own job, so it was extremely helpful that Claire took careful notes during our inspections and helped talk me through what were notable or minor issues. Claire asked the questions that I didn’t even know to ask. I always felt assured having Claire in my corner. Inevitably, personal life stuff happened throughout this process, but Claire held my hand every step of the way, encouraged me to take a pause if I needed to, and helped me think of alternative options when one of my funding avenues almost fell through. At the end of the day, everything worked out because Claire helped me navigate issues that went well beyond what an agent might normally handle. As I look around my new home, I can’t help but be reminded of the unparalleled care and advocacy that Claire put in to make this possible. My new home is my peaceful refuge, and I’m forever grateful to Claire for making this happen.
